MIRACLE OF IVF
Thanks to the pioneering work of the Monash In Vitro Fertilisation (IVF) research program, Minh is born through the miracle of IVF.
He was born on the Vietnamese Lunar New Year, a time of vibrant celebrations with fireworks and colourful lanterns. Minh’s parents held their newborn child amidst the joy and festivity with traditional Vietnamese foods, dances, and rituals, celebrating both the new year and the precious gift of life.
IMAGINATIVE PLAY
Minh's parents noticed his early need for nurturing, enthusiastically discovering Fleer's Conceptual PlayLab. The PlayLab offers methods to enhance imaginative play in young children. His parents eagerly enrolled him into the program to provide him with the support he needs.
PASSION FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
Minh, now in primary school, has an interest in plants and the environment. He often brings home plants from school to share with his family.
OFF TO UNI
Minh successfully completes his high school graduation exams and chooses to pursue his aspirations by advancing his education at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia. He is currently thriving in his studies, working towards a career in environmental science and sustainability. In addition, he has joined the Monash Innovation Guarantee Program where he is able to work with leading industries working in this field of study.
CHANGING CLIMATE
Determined to address climate change in Vietnam, Minh joins the Monash Sustainable Development Institute (MSDI) and continues to collaborate with Vietnamese agencies.
MONASH MENTOR
Minh joins the Monash Alumni Mentoring Program. Through this program, he connects with alumni leaders who offer valuable networking opportunities, helping him expand his professional network and advance his career. Inspired by their support, Minh now aims to mentor and guide new graduates through the same program.
FAMILY LIFE
Minh and Mai build a family together and later welcome children into their lives. Together, they engage in family activities, such as growing their own food at home, and working with neighbours to start a community garden with the kids.

Minh's children decide to pursue their education at Monash University. Inspired by Minh's own enriching experience at Monash, he supports their decision to attend the university for their schooling.
